Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy for most gear, provided items are in their original, unopened packaging and in brand-new condition. Please note that certain items like phono cartridges, styli, and opened records are non-returnable due to their delicate nature or copyright laws.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Turntable Lab account or visit our online returns portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of delivery.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, then place them inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our Brooklyn warehouse, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outer box.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
